My stay was a blend of luxury and comfort, with really good service from the concierges and valets. though not being ski-in and ski-out required a bit more planning for the ski shuttle. The accommodations were spacious and well-equipped, perfect for my needs. I appreciated the serene atmosphere during the weekdays, but it became busier on the weekends with local traffic, so making reservations is essential.

My two-bedroom suite was spacious and well-appointed, with a well-stocked kitchen including a wine fridge and elegant glassware. It felt designed for ski season with ample space for gear. I had a chance to enjoy the pool area, practically to myself, which was a lovely touch.

My stay at the Ritz-Carlton Club & Residences in Vail was really good. the level of service was unparalleled, making it one of my top three hotel experiences. The rooms were spacious and beautifully appointed, providing a cozy mountain retreat. While the location was ideal for enjoying the surrounding sights, a few minor details could be improved, such as on-site dining options.

My stay at The Ritz in Vail was nothing short of magical. The staff was incredibly attentive and made sure we had everything we needed throughout our trip. While the location was convenient, being close to both Lionshead and Vail Village, the weather was a bit chilly which limited our outdoor dining experience. Still, I found the amenities and overall environment to be unparalleled.

My stay at the Ritz in Vail was a mixed experience. While the luxurious accommodations and attentive staff were standout features, I encountered a few service hiccups that detracted from the overall experience. The amenities were fantastic, but I felt management could improve certain aspects to match their prestigious reputation.
Rooms

The room was fabulous, featuring a full kitchen with all the utensils I needed and comfortable beds. However, I initially received a parking lot view despite requesting a better placement well in advance.
Service

The staff was warm and friendly, but I experienced some service shortcomings. For instance, the concierge sent me to the wrong floor, leading to a 20-minute wait to resolve a key card issue, which was frustrating.
Location

The location was a bit off the beaten path but still walking distance to all necessary amenities, which I appreciated. The terraces offered wonderful spots to enjoy my morning coffee and take in the fresh mountain air.
Dining

Dining options were limited and pricey, although I enjoyed the afternoon cookies at the ski chalet. The complimentary morning coffee and yogurt in the lobby were nice touches.
Facilities

The facilities included a heated swimming pool and spa area, which were lovely. However, some areas, like the poolside, could have been cleaner on certain days.
